# Googling for City statistics

Okay I’ve been googling the for a while and I am not really coming up with anything good. I am looking for a site where I can find the population of various European cities and the percent of foreigners and where they come from. I am also looking for similar data except with Universities. IE, which Universities have what percent of foreign students from where. Anyone know where I can find something like that?

Also, the [United Nations Population Information Network](http://www.un.org/popin/index.html). The database is [here](http://esa.un.org/unpp/).

For universities, if you’re looking within the U.S., you can try [the Princeton Review](http://www.princetonreview.com) - you will have to look up each school you’re interested in, then click on the “student body” tab. For European unversities, I haven’t found anything that looks like it has statistics from a variety of countries - you might need to check the website for each institution of interest
