Apologies. I read it wrong. I’m not in the best of shape right now. And, yes, it has to do with that word “former”. An ex in my community made up lies about me that the admin apparently believed. And my best friend who was helping me cope is out of town, for the first time completely out of contact. And the usual SAD cycle stuff seems to be back.

I’m so anxious that reaching out to other friends is too much. Someone asking me how I’m doing caused me too much anxiety, when I was literally hoping someone would care.
