I didn’t see any mention of Trump or a statement by him in the linked article. Did he say something stupid and/or insensitive about the tragedy?

“Everybody remembers where they were” is say what?

I don’t know anything about Harambe memes or 4chan anti-BLM messaging, but only those already deep into that stuff would make that connection with this WH post. Maybe that just makes it have plausible deniability, but it also makes it pretty pointless.
