Sounds like the same guy that lists his SLR camera on Craigslist. “Paid $400 for it 10 years ago, but I’ll take $390 since it’s a little scuffed.” ---

You could put up a sign on the lawn with “We’re Pregnant” or some equally icky saying. Then maybe all the neighbors would take turns mowing your lawn. ---

At least, a lot of places are, even if you don’t think they are. I’m pretty sure Arkansas is that way. Sure, you get the ticket, but people who show up in court with the license get off. Though we’ll see–my sister got hit with one for not having proof of current insurance. She later realized the one in her glove box was not out of date like she originally thought.
