As an aside, whenever I see this thread title, I flash on a scene in the computer game _Myth II_, where one bored guard is telling another that he’s been saving up his pay because he’s got his eye on [a turnip](http://myth.bungie.org/legends/fieldguide/fs04_breach.html). ---

Okay, the 20 year old is snug in my fridge cheese storage bin, it’s next to some 17 year old cheddar, which is next to some 14 year old cheddar. We won’t crack any of those until all the Mercotan children and spouses are gathered together again. **August West** , did you get your aged swiss? I got some 7 year old swiss from there just a few weeks ago. ---

Training the Mrs. (she’s not from WI) to not crack open the good stuff when she wanted to top a cheeseburger, and to use the everyday 5 year old cheddar instead was much harder. I buy the 5 year old stuff in 10 pound blocks. ---
