I’m fairly sure no intelligent person has ever called Obama the messiah. At least I’ve never seen it happen, so according to _conservative logic_, it must never have happened. ---

See, this is the problem. You are attempting to introduce the scientific method - the search for truth, or rather knowledge, based upon documentable observations, the ability to use a neutral basis of measurement to allow for independent verification, and is subject to falsification, among other criteria. But _obviously_ **truth** does not rely upon such silly means. Truth is about **faith** , which is why we must uncritically accept everything proclaimed by the Messiah. Our refusal to do such merely exposes ourselves as heretics or heathens, and thus, our statements are clearly without merit. Indeed, the _search_ for truth is a sign of our blasphemy when the Messiah has granted us all that we need.
