Is there any resources available on that rumor I’ve heard about the US and Russia researching ‘psi’ during the Cold War? From what I remember they supposedly found statistically significant phenomena but could never find a use for any of it. Sounds like an urban legend but there seemed to be some big names backing up the story. ---

The CIA paid for some research during the cold war. No positive results were achieved, and the whole thing was dropped. ---
