New orders for SC are “to stay home unless they are working, visiting family, recreation, or obtaining necessary goods and services.” So, basically, stay home unless you want to go somewhere instead?

Well, the Governor next door in GA just [opened the state’s beaches](https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/stupid-and-crazy-local-officials-protest-gov-kemps-decision-to-reopen-beaches-in-hard-hit-georgia/ar-BB12dsxn). Now, it’s a race to the bottom.

Technically if you wanted to engage in protest activities that wouldn’t fall under any of those categories, unless you were paid to do so or it was really fun.

Technically any kind of volunteer work wouldn’t apply. Nor would something compulsory like court-mandated community service.

I didn’t know GA had topless beaches.
