Just today, while driving: 123 Oak Glen Road, Hooterville. GPS sent me to: 123 Oak Forest Drive, Pixley (addresses made up, obviously). Actually, this is apparently a problem with Google Maps instead of the GPS itself… as the EXACT same error occurred on my Android, my iPod Touch, and Google Maps on the web on the desktop computer.
