Yeah, I can think of a good half-dozen published RPGs that use the idea of angels and demons gathered together in competing houses/clans/choirs/whatever struggling for honor/power/glory/souls/whatever, ranging from major releases like In Nomine to the obscure self published like Children of Fire. And when you add the idea of divinely powered humans who aren’t quite “traditional angels” you get a dozen more like Nephilim or Scion. Then you have any one of dozens more of Modern Fantasy RPGs like Dark\*Matter where angels and demons are regular recurring characters, or the high fantasy equivalents like Exalted, or universal RPGs like Hero or GURPS who have both produced books that could encompass the idea.

Well you get the idea. The concept is not terribly new. You would have to offer something really unique to get me to buy a new one. So sorry, the answer is probably no.
