I’m not cryin’ any tears. I mostly avoided them, just thinking he was harmless and a lot of us are a bit nutsy here. But this guy has more issues than Kleenex has tissues. We got a couple of decent inside jokes from him (“Follow my instructions to the letter” and “Adams in the known universe”), and we got to hash out the “Why can’t we call another poster a troll” debate again, so I see it as a net gain. ---

He did have at least a good user name, though given what he was warned for it turned out interestingy. For those who didn’t know, “Graham Wellington” was the name used in a radio PSA on housing discrimination. Various people with heavy accents call about a place for rent, only to be turned down (e.g. Sanjay Kumar, Tyrone Washington). The one who gets the place is of course Graham Wellington, who might as well be named Whitey McCracker. As to what this meant for him as a person, or his board persona, I won’t speak ill of the banned. Not much point in it.
