Would that be Dimetapp? That was my favorite medicine. Much better than that horrible cherry-flavored children’s Tylenol or licorice-flavored Vicks 44 cough syrup, and a bit better than orange-flavored Triaminic. I also remember getting a banana-flavored antibiotic once, and that was pretty tasty.

I don’t recall much apple flavored candy back when I was a kid. The first I remember was Jolly Rancher, and I think I was already 11 or 12 when that became popular. When I was little, green was lime or mint.
