Can one buy stickers in the shape of letters that can be put together to spell stuff out? Are they available in various shapes, sizes, colors, fonts, etc? Where can I buy them? How do I set things up so the letters are straight and consistently spaced? Are there kits available? I’m kinda trying to make a do-it-yourself sign, about 10" by 10" in size. ---

Cool, thanks. The next question is: How can someone who is reasonably intelligent but not very artistic set things up so that the letters are even and consistently spaced? ---

The Chartpak letters come with their own spacing guide. All you need is a T-square, or a ruler and a triangle. Check out the rest of the Dick Blick site for loads of sign-making stuff.
