# Greasemonkey Firefox Extension major security flaw.

It’s on Slashdot, it’s on [Digg.com](http://Digg.com) and so I thought I’d pass the word to anyone using the wildly popular greasemonkey extension, UNINSTALL it. [Here’s the link](http://www.mozdev.org/pipermail/greasemonkey/2005-July/004033.html) to the thread where Mark (the extension’s author I believe) himself says for people to uninstall it until they figure out how to fix the hole.
