Not that I watch porn or anything, but when I do I’m always really turned off by close-ups on “the act” itself (i.e. the moving parts without the shot of the actors themselves; an occasional close-up is one thing, but some spend the entire time on just this. I wonder if there’s been a study on how people react to “face shot porn” as opposed to “body shot porn”. ---

I used to think it didn’t matter to me, that a great body would make up for a so-so face. Recent experiences have shown me that the opposite seems to be my preference. Call it a learning experience, of sorts. ---

I prefer ok face/great body I think. I like the way people move and if I’m going to start drooling over the physical it’s going to be a over a good body. Looking at past romantic interests it has always been either conversational ability or a good body that I’ve been attracted to. PS I think I have a good face/ok body combination, the face a little better than the body. ---

I guess great face / okay body because I like my men chubby with lovehandles. But the face doesn’t really mean that much to me, either. I’m an okay face/okay body. I’m cute, but not good looking. ---

Great body, decent face on a guy. It’s all about the abs, pecs, and arms, man. On girls I tend to notice the face more, though. ---

straight male checking in, and i would have to say face over body, But then again i absolutly love eyes hair and smile, in that order. What point is there to sex if you can’t make eye contact, there is something far more sexy about locking eyes than locking genitalia but i have to agree with those that say personality matters, even for just a “fast fuck” if a persons soul is rotten why would you want to stick anything inside of them. And if their soul shines than, at least for me, it can turn a so-so person into a beautiful person ---

My answer to this depends on how you are defining a great face. If it’s a great face physically, and completely devoid of the influence of its owner’s personality, then I’d go with the great body, because if it’s a good person then the face will be pleasant to look at anyway. On the other hand, if we’re talking about the great face being just how nice it is to look at, taking everything into account, then I’d definitely prefer the great face, because it implies a more interesting person (this would apply to a hypothetical one-night stand, too, though). Face. Bodys and faces will both breakdown over time, but the face will likely outlast the body almost everytime. ---

Could I choose average on both? Both a great face and body are rather intimidating to me. I suppose I could relax around a guy with an average face/great body sooner than the opposite, if I couldn’t have a nice ol’ regular guy. ---

Straight male here. I’d have to say face. I really appreciate a deliciously voluptuous body, especially below the waist. But all of the times that I’ve become ‘smitten’ over looks, it has been a pretty face or even just really fabulous eyes or smiles that drew me in.
