According to a TvTropes member, Philadelphia is another movies whose message is already quite dated.

I concur. It was essentially dated when it came out, and may be more removed from our experience today than Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner.

Easy Rider seems dated and fatuous now except for Nicholson’s performance.

Similarly, Five Easy Pieces is almost incomprehensible.

Sorry, I’m not seeing this.
