It’s still Dolly Parton for me, but I won’t object too strongly to a Dylan vote, because in doing research for this thread I realized that, in the last ten years, he has never expressed an opinion on Donald Trump. That disqualifies him as GLA as far as I’m concerned. Still, considerations of artistic merit and cultural impact demand that Parton go first.
