An impossible task for sure. Why don’t you just ask me which one of my children I love the most? Anyway, I’ll give it a shot. Just going to the top of my music files and grabbing a few I haven’t seen mentioned already here’s what I came up with:

Al Green - [Here I Am Baby](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l73FkH3v7yg)

Aretha Franklin- [The House That Jack Built](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=benBtqMSqq8)

Barbara George - [I Know (You Don’t Love Me No More)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-Rmm8PrnXk)

Ben E. King -[I Who Have Nothing](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4r3_FqrrsM)

Bobby Rush - [I Ain’t Studdin’ You](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=672gvf34HD0) If you want to have a  time, just check out some of Bobby Rush’s live videos. Priceless!

Got hundreds more. Man, I love my soul music.
(Damn! The first one I put up is a repeat from the previous post. Headsmack!)

> [@Labdad](#):
>
> Otis Redding “Try a Little Tenderness”
> Wilson Pickett - “Mustang Sally”
> Sam and Dave - “When Something’s Wrong With My Baby”
> Aretha Franklin - “Respect”
> James Brown - “Please Please Please”
>
> Honorable Mention: Eddie Floyd - “Knock on Wood”

If you can find it, check out _Soul Survivor_, it’s a sort of documentary on Stax in Memphis. Sam Moore does “_When Something’s Wrong With My Baby_” live and kills it. A near perfect performance.
