I did not get my information on their record from some dubious propaganda tract. I saw their accomplishments with my own eyes.

\*\*

Ah yes, because your backyard gives you so much more information than the national or international record?

I like how you can’t dispute any of my facts. Let me repeat. Under Bush’s plan for logging, the spotted owl would be extinct in 40 years. Under Gore’s, it will be extinct in 5. Please tell me how you can claim a man like that is better for the environment. Please, I’m really interested.

Personal? ok? Didn’t realise. I was merely pointing out that you were ignoring the facts of Gore’s record.

\*\*

[http://www.internationalsocialist.org](http://www.internationalsocialist.org) a commie site. Supports Nader. Why Bush? Because I truly fear Gore more than Bush. And shhhhh, don’t tell anyone, but I used to be a Young Republican. Worked for Tommy Thompson, even met the slug. That’s what turned me Commie.

You are confusing “facts” with “bald assertions.”

OK, here’s a “fact” for you. Nader is on the payroll of the Republican Party. Please disprove this.

Isn’t it fun trying to prove a negative?

And oh, by the way…

“Young Republicans?” My God man! Have you no sense of decency? 😉

Look, **oldscratch**. We’re on the same side on most environmental issues (though we differ on NAFTA). I don’t know how old you are. Old enough to remember the Reagan administration’s assault on the environment?

Do you really want someone in the mold of Gorton (or perhaps Gorton himself) in charge of the Department of the Interior? Do you really think Bush’s ideas about industry policing itself on pollution are good ones? Have you examined Bush’s record on environmental matters in Texas?

Whatever you may think of Clinton and Gore, their record is far superior to what this nation has seen under the past two Republican administrations.

It’s too late for this election, but I have a feeling that in '04, after four years of Bush and his oil buddies, you may have an entirely different perspective on the difference between Republican and Democratic environmental policies.

As a member of the TOP 1% OF THE POPULATION, **Zenster** , I just want to say that I will enjoy oppressing you, raping the environment, and encouraging The Man to keep you down.

I truly appreciate the opportunity.

The difference is all of my facts can be backed up. I already did this with DITWD. Go ahead, search around, you’ll find plenty of supporting documents. You can bury your head in the sand, but that won’t make a difference. You however, are making shit up in an effort to be “cute”. It’s not working.

\*\*

Yep. Gore’s is worse. Two quotes from Gore. “The invisible hand has a green thumb” and “Can’t we get the government’s nose out of this business?” in regards to food safety. Yeah, real big difference there. I can dig up some more quotes, but I’m not so inclined.

Again, false. You are taking reginoal examples from your back yard. I’m taking national and international examples. If we look at the record. Gore’s record is worse.
