I received a recent e-mail from **Carl Berry** and while he didn’t specifically ask me to post this particular thread, I thought I would anyway. It seems that Carl, and anyone else with WEBTV, is unable to post to this message board since the conversion to the new software, although I gather they are able to view. _(Please note: this is not posted as a complaint, it is informational only. I understand the vBulletin and SDMB techs are aware of the problem and crafting a fix.)_ The poor man is going through withdrawals and I thought we could all tell him we miss his postings, or at least poke fun at him. So, hang in there Carl, we miss you. Just sit back and have a beer on me. ---

Yeah, he sent me a mail as well. He asked me to hold all American tourists hostage untill the wrong has been put right 😃 So I’ve got the Johnsons from Oklahoma right here, Mum and Dad and two adorable little kids. Boy, for a couple of Americans, they sure seem to be terified by my .44 magnum! You’d think they’re used to that sort of thing… ---

Coldfire, are you making fun of us ‘Merikans and our love of firearms? You better quit it, or we’ll march our gun-lovin’ behinds over there and drill holes in all of your dikes. 😉 Back on topic, I miss Carl Berry. I don’t think he knows who I am, but I’ve always enjoyed his posts. Hang in there Carl, we’ll keep nagging til they get this fixed. ---
