The rumplestiltskin guy looked a lot like the Green Goblin when he had his game face on. More like the Green Goblin than the Green Goblin in the Raimi movie anyway.

And yes, Juliette’s turned into a whiny bitchy shrew.

I never liked Juliette all that much anyway. But they should just get over it and tell her the truth, let the chips fall where they may. Too much damn beating around the bush.

Rumplestiltskin seemed much more CGI-y than any of the other vessen. Even the trolls and ogre.

And since he jumped while fully transformed, shouldn’t everybody who saw him fall have seen him like that before he transformed back?

I’ve seen several people comment on this… was there some indication that he was in visible-to-everybody woge? (Maybe I missed something.)

Yeah, that practicing scene did make me think that it was something that would crop up again. But I assumed it had gone away because he didn’t use it to hunt down the Rumplestiltskin baddie. He could’ve just closed his eyes and done a little super-listening. If I’m wrong, I’m wrong. I mostly just hope this isn’t going to be a power that the writers come up with, then forget about even as Nick faces umpteen chances to use it, only to remember it for sweeps.

Yeah. I guess it could have been like that scene where Hank asked Monroe to transform for him, and the first time he did it Hank didn’t see any change.

This is a problem. We as the audience can’t tell the difference, unless they specifically tell us or show peoples’ reactions.

Only Grimm (or other vessen) can ‘see’ it when they change - UNLESS the vessen

a) really wants the others to see it - bank robbers in prev episode
b) is sufficiently distracted that he’s in full Vessen mode - Hank see’s monroe when monroe wsa running thru the woods, he also saw that big foot guy when he fell and died.

(b) should have allowed others to see the green goblinstiltskein - but its a long way down and it was late.

Monroe _says_ that he was in deliberately-visible mode that time-- “You know how I told you we can be seen when we want to be seen? Well, the dogs were on me, so I dealt with them, but I kind of bumped into Hank before I logged out.” and the Wildermann was “stuck”–remember how Nick said, “You mean anyone can see him like this?” about Larry? Brinkerhoff was taking the same drug and having the same problem.

Though in “Bad Moon Rising” Carly says, “I didn’t mean for that to happen,” so apparently it is possible to have a visible woge unintentionally. It wasn’t quite clear.

Carly was still an adolescent, right? If so, maybe it takes Wesen kids a little while to get control of which appearance they’re showing, especially under heavy stress (if I’m thinking of the right episode, she’d been kidnapped by very crazy distant relatives expressing intent to gang-rape her).

We’ve seen woged Wesen shift back to human appearance post-mortem before, and the lighting wasn’t wonderful, so seems plausible to me that by the time any spectators got a good look at the roof-diver, he’d have been dead on the ground and shifted back to looking human.

I have a little sympathy for that. Nick’s a constant reminder she’s lost something, and he is constantly testing her to see if she remembers something. Living like that sucks. I’m convinced it’s why people with dementia are angry all the time.

I agree. While I want them to take Juliet in a new direciton, you have to understand that everyone around her is actively concealing and/or manipulating her. They mean well - they’re trying their level best - but they’ve already put her in active danger on multiple occaisions and seem to have a hard time accepting that this isn’t **going away**. Given how her health, emotions, and sanity have been wrecked lately, I don’t think her instability is at all unwarranted.

Ok, that game they were playing was freaking awesome. I’m surprised they went to that much trouble on it.
