I happened to glance over at a highway exit I don’t take and noticed this “warning” sign on one of those roly-poly lighted signs. Never seen that one before. Damn it, I don’t take that exit, if I had only known about the grinding. If they tear up the road AND put down speed bumps at the same time, would that be

Hey, it’s a small town. Public grinding doesn’t happen every day. I credit Obama’s recovery plan for funding this activity.
