# Grossed out by perfume... anyone else?

I once told my then boss that she smelled like a Lebanese whorehouse. She got the message and I ended up looking for another job.

I was shopping at Safeway yesterday, and one of the workers there was a very nicely-coiffed, nice-looking lady of middle-aged years, and I could smell her perfume from halfway down the aisle. Sigh. I was tempted to mention to her, politely, that I could smell her perfume 30 feet away.

I wish more people WOULD make this kind of comment. I truly believe these people are oblivious.
