There are people out there with some bizarre fetishes. I’m willing to bet ‘peeping on girls’ privates’ was not really what this dude was after. I have a feeling he got exactly what he wanted. ---

On a related note I went into a porta-pottie to pee today, a big handicap accessable one. I lifted the seat with my sandal edge and started to pee. I was thinking about why a P-P that had just been serviced (obviously) smelled so bad. Looked over to my right and there on the floor in the corner was a big pile of shit. Also the used paper. WTF ?!? ---
