IMO, both of those are snark. And **Kimmy** ’s second comment wasn’t not grumpy. **Colibri** just pulled off doing both in one.

This is not really about Colibri as a moderator but rather as a poster and as such is not appropriate for About This Message Board.
So I am moving this discussion to the Pit.
I would remind everyone about how the rules in one forum area do not necessarily apply in a different one. As in this case.

For it to be confirmation bias **Colibri** would have to have actually committed the stipulated offense in this instance. I’m going with paranoid delusions, myself.

I think his point about you being a bad moderator was that you should have moved the thread out of GQ, and the only reason you did not was that, consumed with hate for **Kimmy\_Gibbler** , you were unable to do see through your rage to take this clearly correct action.
I don’t agree with that, but at least it’s a belief that supports his claim about your talents as a mod.

Well, **Colibri** has responded ‘snarkily’ ~3 times (out of 2000+ posts) to a poster who, IMNSHO, has delusions of grandeur. _Obviously_, **Colibri** is following **Kimmy\_Gibbler** around, just looking to snark at every opportunity. But as shown clearly in this tread, **Kimmy\_Gibbler** ’s post are so good as to be beyond any reproach, either from moderator or ordinary poster.
Well, maybe **Kimmy\_Gibbler** does not suffer from delusions. After all, I’ve more posts and I don’t think **Colibri** has ever replied to me _at all_, let alone snarkily. Now I’m feeling lonely and ignored.
Thanks, **Colibri**. I’ll go crawl back under my rock now.

I’m honestly not sure why he thinks I’m out to get him. I’ve never given him an official warning (although other moderators have), and in a quick search I haven’t located a case where I’ve even given him a specific moderator note. (It’s possible I have and but I haven’t found it.) I believe on occasion I’ve been critical of some of his snarkier posts; but on the other hand I’ve commented positively on some of his legal answers. So if I have a vendetta against him I don’t seem to be very good at it. 😉

When I read the first part of **Colibir’s** response, I thought “dr visits mean nothing”, then I read the 2nd part of his post and it was clearly stated that there is no difference.
**Kimmy** , when you responded, you responded to only the first part, it seemed like you didn’t read the 2nd part, which was really supporting the same point you were making.
