# Growth of Pro-Life Movement?

Dad has argued that the Violinist Hypothetical is generally invalid, as having sex can be construed as consent to having someone else borrow your life functions for nine months.

Dad isn’t sure where he stands on rape, since abortion in that case seems to him (his words) as “executing your brother because you shot a guy”, even though it invalidates the consent argument handily.

I image he is against contraceptives that prevent uterine implantation, like the Pill and IUD’s.

How does he feel about gay adoption? Most anti-aborts I know only think children should be adopted by the "right’ people.

Gotta love our dads, and as I recall my dad got upset when he realized I’d figured out that all pregnancies were not the result of devout prayers sent to Jesus by happily married couples. Very old school.🆒
