It’s been hopeless catching up with all the movies I’ve wanted to see in the theater. Still out: _The Lives of Others, Black Book, The Hoax, After the Wedding, The Wind that Shakes the Barley, Mafioso, Red Road, Year of the Dog, The Valet, Fracture, Disturbia_ (more or less in the order I want to see them). And that doesn’t include what opened today: _Away from Her, Waitress, 28 Weeks Later_ (and that doesn’t include the revival houses in the area). I know I’m lucky that I live somewhere that offers so much variety beyond the standard Multiplex stuff, but I know that half these titles will evaporate before I get to them, and waiting for DVD (for various reasons) is really not an option. Have a great weekend everyone–and be sure to catch a film that you (hopefully) like, whatever that means for you. ---
