Lots of UK housing estates have residents who wear the hijab and sometimes the full burka or hijab with niqab. It wouldn’t stand out at all. And it was a silly social experiment. Wearing a particular type of Muslim clothing for one day tells you nothing about what it’s like to be a Muslim in a town where you might be the only one.
