Now I’m curious. I know **scout** got her donuts, but I’m still in the dark about **Bumba** and **Lissla** donut receiving status. Did you folks get 'em? No, **taters** , she’s not nice. She’s nosy and loud. And you probably got stuck with her because somebody else couldn’t take her anymore. We had a humongous thunderstorm last night…just as I was getting ready to cook on my new cooktop for the very first time. The power went out. I called “Progress Energy” and the recording said I’d be sitting in the dark until 9:30. :mad: So I had to use my burner on my gas grill to cook. We sat in the dark and watched our battree TV. I got a tad toasted so went to bed. The power didn’t come back on til 11:30. Progress Energy is a big fat liar! The Jesus Peep is scarin’ me! Tupug ---

I know it is awfully late to the MMP pile on, but I’d like to say that my shooting team, that is the 2nd shooting team at our German American club, took home a trophy this weekend. Mr. Ujest’s shooting team, y’know, the better shots and 1st team, did not. (The other team was shootin’ 100’s like it was nothing. We won by the pure joy of one of the other teams shooters got confused on the 5 targets and ended up shooting three into one of them. YAY for confused people! Mr. Ujest beat my total score by one point. I got a 96. And I have never done 5 targets on one sheet while sitting before. Carry on. ---

**Rue** glad to things are going relatively ok. **Shirley UJest** what kind of targets? Paper ones or maybe just random people who happen to be walking by? Either way’d be cool by me as long as I don’t happen to be one of the random people. I’m much too nice to shoot at. I wonder what the adbot thingy will do with this. I’m thinking since this is the MMP and we carry on about just anything at all, we’ll always get random ads. Just kinda adds to the ambiance of the place. 😃 ---

**Lissla** , I know it’s bad (I’ve got a pretty good idea of what happens), but is the rest of the book good? 🙂 I honestly don’t care so much about Bree, but I’m sure I’ll find the American history parts fascinating, once I get around to reading it. Last night I did absolutely nothing I was supposed to, except watch The Amazing Race. No dishes, no vacuuming, nothing. And I don’t feel a bit guilty. ---

I bought a bag of Circus Peanuts this morning when I stopped at the store on the way to work. For some reason there was a display of 'em. ACBG told me that he believes that’s the single weirdest thing I’ve done in all the time we’ve been together. I haven’t opened 'em yet. I’m saving ‘em for dessert after lunch. I need to decide what I want for lunch. For some reason chicken strips and french fries from Zaxby’s sounds good. I also have a hankerin’ for meat loaf. ---

I got a new cell phone last night! It’s my new-every-two phone from Verizon. It’s so much cooler than my old phone. I’m so excited. My excitement’s tempered by stoopid work though. The big boss decided to change the way we do some of our research, but DIDN’T TELL ME. I’M the one who does this research, I’m the one who’s going to be affected if we do it quarterly instead of semi-annually, but “Gee, it’s not important to tell taxi that.” Argh! I found out about it from the IT guy (with whom I’m actually getting along now) who came to ask me about changing some of the database fields to get it ready for the changes. They didn’t ask me to be involved in planning and didn’t inform me of the changes. Yeah, I’m well and truly pissed off right now.
