Is there anything worth boycotting from Rhea County? If not, then I second the “Build a wall around the county and chuck rocks at them” idea. ---

Never been to Rhea County but it is very small. I doubt it has much of anything to boycott. Chattanooga is not far from there is all I know. ---

Whoops. I just started a thread on this topic. I didn’t see this one. Perhaps a passing mod will just lock mine, since it’s redundant. I do think this county needs to be placed off limits until they can all learn to play nice with other kids. ---

Well, **vanilla** , this Christian thinks it’s a pretty awful idea. Perhaps you could try and _not_ paint us with such a broad brush? Which Doper is it that has the sig by George Carlin, something like “All generalities are wrong…including this one.” ---

I AM a christian, and wouldn’t be surprised to find this idea not considered that weird by some chrsitians. I did not mean to paint eveyrone, just Some, which is enough, when you think about it. ---

I just don’t have the money it takes to get me to a state that’s more civilized. I don’t ask for much, just the chance to live in a state where there’s no annual Klan meetings, there’s a desert, and I can have a decent paying job as a machinist. That’s not too much to ask, is it? Oh, and ‘ **nilla** , I grew up in OH, and offered to let you and yer youngin’ crash on me couch (here in TN), if you’ll recall, so don’t blame me if yer hatin’ the cold up there. I’ve had enough of it, personally, and I want to live somewhere where there’s no freakin’ snow! (And more importantly, where I don’t have to listen to the weather man announce we’re all going to die because there’s a few scraggly little flakes which melt as soon as they hit the ground!) ---
