Well, damn! I know MissB is a semi-neighbor of mine…are you in the St Lou part of misery too or are we calling this a road trip?? (Bring the kids MissB, I’ll bring mine, they can amuse each other) And, don’t worry MissB, we’ll help ya with the “cooked” sushi before we get ya eating raw octopi or quail eggs. You can pay me back by making me listen to Def Leppard (okay hoping here, as it’s the one 80’s hair band I like) Or maybe TP could explain the workings of her inner mind… Sorry but I have young children and an outing with adults sounds most refreshing 😛 Crayons I have, by the bushel, as long as you don’t mind fat nubs of broken crayon that have long been stripped of their label. Work nicely for rubbings and little else. And here all my friends called me morbid! Damned pleased to make your acquaintance 🙂 ---

Okay this is a little off subject but I used to love doing this and always felt evil for doing it…ya ever use a lighter to melt crayons onto a page to get this great swirl of color and an even better background of oil? I alwys wanted to do one of these and mount it on an old x-ray machine to get the peoper effect for the thing…sorry back to the subject…guilty pleasures…hmmm does masturbating count? \*Not a planned event for the TP, MissB Tm meeting, I promise…unles we get enough offers for the videos… _running like hell_ ---

I’m hooked on trash romance novels too. A great Sunday afternoon for me would be to soak in the bathtub for an hour or as long as it takes to finish a book. After that I’ll crawl into bed with a new one, it’s almost like I can’t stop when I get started. I actually have a friend with the same addiction and we roam flea markets and garage sales and swap books with each other. But, I would never admit it in public. I keep the books in a box under my bed, I would never put them in my bookshelf. ---

I’m the kind of guy who likes Camo, Cargo pants, combat boots, tank tops, etc… that kind of crap. My SO is very appearance conscious, in that she likes one to present oneself well. My camo dosnt cut it. So she bought me a GAP jacket for Christmas. I hate the GAP. Damn teenybopper, ultra-high fashion, overclothing. (I have nothing against anyone who likes the GAP. But I hate it.) So, woefully, I wore this brand new, stylish GAP jacket out on Christmas day instead of my really old, beat-up torn-up comfy red jacket. And I liked it. I still cant believe myself. Noone but me and my SO know it’s a GAP jacket, I refuse to mention it to anyone else… it’s just so embarassing… (well, to me anyway.) ---

I can’t help it. I like that damn “Dark Angel” show. Whats worse there is a show on Bravo called “Cold Feet” that I am starting to watch every week, and. . . I think it’s really cute and sweet. Grrrr. I hate it when “they” get me with one of their stupid television shows. Any cartoon is permissable, but regular television needs a redeeming facet. Believe me neither Dark Angel nor Cold Feet has anything worth watching. And yet I watch. I used to always set off the car alarms of people I didnt like. Down town living, cars parked on street, a lil kick to the front bumper and run away. Just made me feel better. ---

Before reading any farther, you should know I’m a demi-goth: Lots of industrial, techno, post-punk, deth-metal music is all you’ll see on my desk rack, etc. But I love Gloria Estefan music. I always have, ever since the old Miami Sound Machine days. I fear I’m the only person in the world who thinks nothing of finishing Stormtroopers of Death, “Speak English or Die” and then dropping “Reach” into the CD player. I’m also a lit snob, but I secretly read every Harry Potter book and own every word Richard Marcinko has written. Okay, I’m going to go read some Shelley with Prodigy playing on the headphones just to reassure myself I haven’t completely lost my lid. ---

You know how TLC and Discovery show police chases every other hour? I LOVE those shows! And I like the “world’s stupidist criminals caught on tape” type stuff also. I have also been known to occasionally watch COPS, but it’s not nearly as exciting as a good high speed pursuit.
