Well, the doctor says its not carpal tunnel, based on my hands being equally strong. She told me to wear a wrist brace, use ice, take naproxin/Alieve. Come back in 2-3 weeks if its still bothering me. Which is about what I expected – there’s not much to be done, wait to heal.
Man, wrist braces are uncomfortable, I don’t see how people put up with them. Scratchy!
