I agree with MysterEcks. Additionally, it has been said that money is a determining factor in crime, so I further suggest that we ban all forms of money and wealth for five years, and impose a heavy level of strict socialism across the country.
You’ll still keep your dollar bills (as mememtos and family heirlooms)… they just won’t be worth anything.
