Having their product sold to a store is not a retail transaction. It’s like Tesla sales in New Jersey. You can’t buy hem retail since by law cars must be bought through a dealer in that state and there are no dealers in that state. If New Jersey were the whole country (shudder) then Teslas would not be available for retail sale. An actual retail store needs to have these available for sale to the public to trigger the law. That’s why this is a big deal. ---
