I can outright say that any guy who pursues me, I am automatically not interested in. I don’t do this purposely, but it’s just how my mind works I suppose. I’d definitely rather pursue the guy (in a low-key way) that I’m interested in, than have him chase after me. A guy who chases after me is extremely unattractive, and it also just turns me off because it’s the whole stereotypical “guys go after the girls” thing. Also, if a guy isn’t interested in being just friends with me first, then I’ll never be able to date him. I think that if a guy isn’t happy being friends with me (even if a bit disappointed that it isn’t something more), he doesn’t truly care about me. Maybe that’s what some “hard to get” girls are thinking. Maybe they aren’t interested in guys that chase after them. -Posted by fusoya’s girlfriend, on his account ---

[/QUOTE] I don’t want to drag this out. I may have been on the SDMB a while, but I was not aware of the specifics of calling anyone anything; probably because I have never posted “DNFTT” before. I would submit that if you have to ask for confirmation from me of my intent and the target, then you don’t have a very good basis for saying I was accusing anyone in particular of trolling. Obviously I thought someone was, but saying “do not feed the trolls” is not tantamount to a personal accusation in my book. (Interesting that someone took it that way though, huh? Now, just WHY would he think I was talking about HIM?) But I won’t argue about this further, or post about it anymore. Consider me warned. ---
