Well done, not even close to being as cringy as plenty of karaoke I have seen. You can carry a tune, and your tone is decent. I suspect with a bit of practice and more confidence you’d be really pretty good.

Songs by The Doors are surprisingly good for karaoke. The keyboards and guitar handle a lot of the melody, or echo it and give you the notes you need to hit so you can adjust. There’s also a lot of room in the lyrics for breathing. When worst comes to worst, just do a little Morrison scream. Not to mention, Jim was usually pretty drunk when he performed, so you will fit right in if you have a few drinks first.
