I’d go with giving your coworker an ‘Are you kidding me?’ look, which transitions into a ‘Wow, I never knew that disturbing thing about you’ look. Then say with not-quite-concealed disgust and horror “Yeah, if you’re into that kind of thing…” When they ask what you’re talking about you respond “What, you can’t tell? Never mind then. Nothing. Sure, sure, she’s hot. If you want to think that, sure.” Walk away, barely shaking your head in pity and disgust. ---
