As a recovering alcoholic, I’ve had a TON of drunk sex. Not tipsy sex. Drunk sex. Echoing what others have said, you’re generally clumsier and it tends to last longer. Never had a problem with orgasm though. The one thing that is not appreciated is passing out _during_ sex. Trust me on this. ---

My experience with drunk dudes has been pretty much as described already. Lame, boring, unfulfilling, and likely to chafe. Luckily, MrWhatsit is a teetotaller, so this doesn’t come up anymore. (So to speak. Ha.) ---

At the risk of being labeled the town drunk; there have been a few times i’ve woke up and said to myself: “Hey! There’s a naked lady in my bed!” I’m not an advocate for drunk sex but I will say this: There’s something to be said for having your inhibitions drowned out by alcohol. ---

I may not be much of an authority on drunk sex as I am a virgin myself. However, I do know that it is much harder to get an erection as a guy while drunk and your concentration is not there either, so even making out is not that good. My advice is for men to be at least mostly sober during sex in order for it to be pleasurable for both parties. ---

Perhaps strangely, I’ve only had sober hook-up sex, but I’ve had drunk sex with my bf, with various permutations. If we’re both kinda drunk, it’s fun but a bit unweldy, as **HNC** said. He gets very affectionate and emotional when he’s drunk, so if he’s more drunk than I am, it’s still good but I feel a little amused/superior. If I’m more drunk than he is, the sex feels amazing at the time, but I usually don’t remember it very well, and I’ve been known to cry afterwards, which is a downer for him. He’s never been so drunk that he hasn’t been able to come before, so I guess we’re talking around 3-4 drinks within about 2 hours. ---

As a guy, tipsy sex is fun. If we’re both about two drinks in, it’s a lot more enthusiastic, giggly, and goofy. If I’m coming down off a longer night, then I’m in a particularly good mood and sensitive. Drunken sex is not so great. The sensitivity is gone, it’s hard to get it up and keep it up, she’s not real responsive… not that I’d turn it down, but still not that fun… ---

drunken sex is usually not remembered- just bits and pieces possibly. i had a relationship where we had lots of it, and one time in particular the last thing i remember was lining things up on the living room chair, for all i know i could have passed out at that point. another time i was woken up by cops in my car (running) outside my rowhouse in baltimore, with my pants undone and my gf’s shirt open and skirt hiked up. they were laughing and said they got a report of dead bodies in a car… like someone else said, a few drinks makes me last longer and foreplay not really necessary ---

If I’ve had a little bit, it’s quite handy for a first date; I can go for ever because I absolutely positively cannot get my rocks off after drinking. Since I’m in a long term committed relationship and neither of us is often in the mood for an all-nighter, it’s annoying as hell. ---
