Given the limited information in the OP, the answer is NO. However, it doesn’t accurately reflect my feelings on the matter. I’m not shy about public nudity, including my own. I also have nothing to be ashamed of in that department. Under the right circumstances, I’ll happily whip it out on request. However, (a) I’m married, and my wife would be understandably uncomfortable with my compliance with that request by a random woman on the street; and (b) there’s a time and a place for everything, so if I was walking through the city and a stranger walked up and asked, for instance, still no. But if I was single, and I was at a bar or a party and not in danger of being arrested for public exposure or something, and if I was flirting with a girl I didn’t know and she asked to see it, then no problem. Even if she was planning to snap a picture of it or something, eh, whatever. My dick’s out there already, as long as she doesn’t include my face in the picture. ---

It depends on the rest of the situation. Are we in a public or private setting? Do I judge the woman to be of the age of majority and capable of giving informed consent (not drunk, not severely developmentally disabled, etc)? Can I show her without showing anybody else? Do I get a vibe of any kind from her? I might say “here’s my cock” and show her my penis. I might say “here’s my cock” and pull a plastic rooster out of my pocket. ---

Obviously I’d be suspicious of her intentions, since that isn’t really normal behavior. But if she could explain the reason and it wasn’t in an environment where I’d be worried about getting arrested for whipping it out, then sure. ---

Grower here. No, as a general rule. If that woman was my wife, yes, because there’s going to be some reciprocity. If that woman was an EOD tech and alcohol was involved, almost certainly, because there’s going to be some reciprocity. ---
