I think it boils down to: is he Turkish or not? If he is, then he ain’t a troll. He may be misguided in other ways but that ain’t an issue Two options here. Firstly, mods can gelocate the IP but that can be wrong “both ways”. Secondly - I happen to know some Turks very well. If anyone is interested I can conduct a dialogue through them that will establish whether he is a native speaker or not. ---
