Chik-Fil-A is not fine dining nor was that ever its claim. Chik-Fil-A takes the Publix approach to service, consistency, and cleanliness which are above average in their respective domains.

Popeyes is better chicken, imo, but the experience isn’t quite as consistent as a Chik-Fil-A.
