# Hair turning white overnight

During a recent discussion on high-pressure lifestyles, we stumbled upon one possible scenario where hair may may turn white overnight: being so stressed out that you forget to dye it.

Plausible in historical situations when you needed to dye every other day because long-lasting dyes were not available. Especially when you’re busy thinking about having your head cut off the next day?
