# Haiti Earthquake Death Toll

My husband has spent time doing missionary work abroad, and observed that missionaries tend to share their numbers without recording where they came from… thus a single death can get counted several times. Since Haiti’s full of missionaries, he expects that the death toll will probably be on the low end of the estimates.

Not that any number isn’t horrible, and all that.
