My son decided to be Indiana Jones, so my wife has been scrounging up pieces at Goodwill. [This](http://lh3.ggpht.com/_gNxoZpnpqpI/TLjwjVjlYrI/AAAAAAAAA18/GkF1sluHrgo/photo.JPG) is what she has so far. Just need to add a whip and satchel, and those are on the way. I, of course, will be the Dr. Henry Jones. ---

I went to an Alice In Wonderland-themed party this weekend. For the first time in all my 31 years, I finally had a good costume, suited perfectly for a woman of my stature. And hair. I’ve decided to go as Tippi Hedron in _The Birds_. A straight skirt and sweater twinset from Goodwill, some pearls and pumps and wire on some fake birds and dots of faked blood. I need to find some fake birds… StG ---

I’m going to out-do myself, I hope. I paid way too much and it was hung up in customs but its all set. I’d say more but I’m having a Halloween Dopefest and i like to surprise people. I’ll post a photo the day after. ---

For taking the kids out trick or treating, I will be dressed as a cowgirl. I have the boots, hat, jeans and shirt, I just need a fake lasso or something like it. One of my friends has the horse head on a stick. For the adult party, I will be going as a slightly slutty gothic vampire. ---

We’re going as the Doctor and his Companions. My two-year-old has been calling himself “The Doctor” and me Amy and his baby brother Rory (which creates all sorts of cognitive dissonance) so we’re going to run with it. We’ve got a sonic screwdriver-shaped flashlight, I’ll put suspenders and a bow tie on Gnat, and I’ll wear a short skirt and leave my hair down.
