In the bringing category, any Cinti stuff you think you might need? Graeters, Aglamesis, pigs, soap, Hudepohl, Christian Moerlein, Oldenberg Pale Blonde, etc?
And the costume idea may change, either to something more obtuse or more “halloweeny”.

Why, yes that sounds lovely! I’m sure I would enjoy some of the lighter beer very much! Thank you so much for offering!
…is what I would say if I wouldn’t die upon drinking it. Thank you for offering, though. I’d normally take you up on that.
Oh, and thinksnow? DynoSaur? The next person to mention Stroh in my presence (ohgodihateyouallIHATEYOUALLstupidpills) is going to be in all kinds of trouble.
::sigh:: I’m probably sounding like a dumbass college chick who thinks she needs booze to have a good time, and I’m really not. I don’t think I’ve had a drink since my birthday in July because of the cost and the empty calories involved. I was kind of looking forward to sending the diet to hell for the weekend and loosening up a little this weekend, cost be damned.
I’m just whining so much because a treat I was looking forward to has been taken away through no fault of my own. I know I’m going to have a fantastic time anyway (how could I help it? 🙂 ) but…do you know what I mean here? Or am I just nuts? It’s not like the doctor told me I couldn’t travel or something.
Still, it’s gonna be a great time. And I’ll be able to hold the camera steady for the blackmail pictures! This might have its advantages after all.

I would vote for the Ivan Porter or the Scottish Ale. But I would also defer to **UncleBeer** , based soley on his fine moniker.

I got a room at the Courtyard for $59/night. Am leaving after work at 6 Fri. night, will make Columbus by 8:30.
I should have asked earlier-what can I bring in the way of food/muchies/drink? What are we lacking?
Should I hang at the Courtyard trolling for dopers, er… looking for dopers or what? Newbie here as far as a fest.

**Tevya** , I will forward you the directions which **thinksnow** sent out. If you are also coming up from Cincinnati then we might be able to carpool. I will send my phone number along. As noted above I will just go up for Saturday night.

I, too, have made it back alive – despite a close call with a 'gator.
I sadly realized when I got back to the hotel room that I had forgotten to fetch Dirty Jenga from the car. Oh well, I guess there’s always next time.
