Friday October 26th - United 1414 ORD to CMH departing 6:25 pm, arriving 8:35 pm.
Sunday October 28th - United 1123 CMH to ORD departing 4:15 arriving 4:34
A whopping $96.60
I’m waiting a bit to book a room until I know if **MissCreant** and I are going to be roomies.

Unlike **manhattan** , I ain’t crazy enough to ride a motorcycle in Ohio at that time of year. You see, I fully expect freezing rain. Hence, the all-wheel drive BMW.

Didn’t take long to fill that car. It looks like the hotel is about 25 minutes from CMH. We’ll probably have to stop and have a cocktail on the road. I dunno if I can go that long without alcohol.

Well, it looks like I’m going to miss a metric buttload of fun by getting there on Saturday, but I had obligations Friday evening. Is someone going to be sober enough to pick me up at the airport at 4pm Saturday, or should I investigate alternative transportation?

Just so you know, in case you’re not familiar: the airport is on the far side of the Columbus by-pass, at about the 3 o’clock position. My apartment (and most of the hotels) is/are at about the 10:30 spot, so yeah, it’s a 25 minute drive, but it’s a quick 25 minutes and it’s all 2, 3 & 4 lane highway.
If you want to make a (not-so-)quick stop somewhere fun that is near the airport (one exit up?), or if we all want to meet up in one of the hottest areas in Columbus these days, you/we could meet up in the Easton Center. New places to eat (Cheesecake Factory, Fado, etc.) and shopping…very nice.

I think some of us are still planning on going to the pistol range sometime Saturday (right TS?), so we’ll be sober at least that long.
