BTW, OhDope Attendees and maybes, we’re hoping to do a concurrent party thread with the fine [sub]but pitiful[/sub] [Dope-A-Ween](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=81654) attendees. Think of the fun to be had comparing parties: telling the other Dopers who’s drunk, who’s naked and whose on top! [sub]oops, out loud voice[/sub] Of course, all this hilarity is dependent on there being a dial-up connection available at the clubhouse where the festivities will be held. So, cross your fingers, say your prayers, rescue a kitten, anything to get some good karma, so we can make this thing a go. ---

Hotel Poop You folks know I love all a ya’s, but I’m afraid this old man is simply incapable of dealing with a slumber party. Since that’s the case, I’ve made hotel reservations at the Courtyard by Marriott that Bunny provided earlier. Below is the URL to go directly to their webpage through which you may make reservations. Kingsize was $69.00 per night; doubles are more. If anyone else wants to stay there, we can probably split a cab ride to the hooha. I mean, even 4 hours north in MI, we have to wear our coats for Halloween, most the time. Ohio will seem practically tropic. Plus, I’m not planning on being able to feel any cold anyway.
