Not barbecue chicken exactly, Uke. It is only basted with BBQ sauce, so you get a hint of BBQ flavor. And I could have said bananas, instead of banana peppers. That would be worse! Get over it already! 🙂 ---

I had a freudian slip or something when I saw BunnyGirls post. I thought she said, happiness is a coffin with my sister-in-law in it. I don’t know how I got it, but I laughed. HUGS! Happiness is the first time your son says, “Wuv you.” Happiness is throwing all those damn cats off the bed! Happiness is a T-bone cooked over a campfire. Happiness is finding a nice, big agate. Happiness is that first day in spring when the sun is shining, the snow is melting, the air actually feels warm, and the realization that you’ve made it through another winter. Happiness is Green Bay and/or Dallas losing. Hmmm…maybe there could be another string such as: Happiness would be… ---
