… finding the origin of a word or phrase. _Usually credited to Charles Schulz, who used the phrase “Happiness is a warm puppy” in a 1960 “Peanuts” strip. …after a lousy day, opening the bedroom door in my (so I thought) empty apartment to find my boyfriend standing there and smiling at me. That’s not supposed to sound at all creepy, because it was really sweet. He knew I was having a lousy day and wanted to cheer me up. ---
