Happy Birthday, Mr. Hoffman! I’ll bet you sure know how to celebrate! That was a fine week, indeed. [Henny Youngman](http://www.answers.com/main/ntq-tname-henny%252Dyoungman-fts_start-) was born the very next day. Why would I remember a detail like that? Because my Dad was born that day too. There was cold and sleet that morning in West Tennessee. Wish they were _all_ here! I would even bake a cherry cream pie. We need **Ellis Dee** to celebrate with us… ---

I was actually surprised to find a few days ago that his name wasn’t on Wikipedia’s [List of notable people who have commented on the LSD experience](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_notable_people_who_have_commented_on_the_LSD_experience). I promptly remedied that. Also, his name is spelled Hofmann. One f, two n’s.
